As a community advocacy group, we recognize and uphold our responsibility to our members, our industry, and our community as a whole. We promote the responsible development of homes in the Bow Valley through open, fair, and efficient processes. In keeping with our responsibility, we value transparency, collaboration, communication, and community.

Another foundational element of our ethos is awareness. We facilitate public education and learning events to further our commitment to transparency and also offer our community key tools to become active participants in the work we are doing. Through spreading awareness, we empower our members and community with key information and resources. In addition, BOWDA members are always kept up to date on issues impacting the industry and the community.
